Plots are already designated. Look for the spots outlines in fences.
1.You can remove the fences to build in the block, but don't go past it, unless you get permission.
2.Do not build higher than 13 high, but you can build lower if you want. This no longer applies, but please keep it within reason.
3.Put your name on it somewhere
The purpose of the village is mainly to show off building styles of the people on the server and also kind of a challenge to see what you can build within the parameters, not really to live in. Not saying you can't, but not the intention.
